Carry on straight through town towards the Mozambique border for about 6 km where you will see a signboard showing Kosi Bay Camp. Turn right off the tar road onto a dirt road. The moment you've turned right onto the road, you will see a big Palm Tree Lodge signboard. Just follow the sign board for 5 km. to the lodge. The lodge is also very well known in the area, you can ask any person on the road for directions to the lodge.
Follow the N2 past Pongola toward Jozini. Turn Left towards Jozini, up through the mountain pass. You will see the Pongola Port Dam on your left in the valley below, favourite spot for the Tiger fish. Travel through Jozini, at the split turn left and go over the Jozini Dam Wall toward Ingwavuma/ KwaNgwanase. Carry on for approx 46km, then at the T-Junction turn Right toward Tembe Elephant Park/ KwaNgwanase. Follow the road for approx 45km. The road is still undergoing some repairs as the masses of potholes are being filled up in places. At the traffic circle you will continue “straight” around the circle toward KwaNgwanase, and drive another 22km. The road is much nicer from the circle toward the town of eManguzi. Here you can stop to get your supplies, groceries, fuel, ice etc.
Follow N2 into Hluhluwe. At last traffic circle turn left . At Sodwana Bay turn of turn right over the railway tracks. Look for Giraffe, warthogs and antelope on your right. Carry on ( +/-hour ) passing Mbaswane until you reach next set of traffic circles. Keep going straight, the cell phone reception is bad in most places on this stretch of road. At the last traffic circle, you can only turn left toward Ingwavuma/Jozini or turn right towards KwaNgwanase and Mozambique border post. Here you will turn right and drive approximately 22km toward the town of eManguzi/KwaNgwanase (Kosi Bay). Here you can stop to get your supplies, groceries, fuel, ice etc.
